We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process-Customer Support role.

This opportunity is ideal for Freshers candidates or who have minimum of 6months in Voice Support or Non voice support, and passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound international customer calls

Provide technical support and issue resolution

Deliver high-quality customer service

Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Shift & Work Details:

Work from Office

9 hours of shift- Between 9am to 9pm

5-day work week with 2 days rotational offs

One-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)

Travelling Allowance: 3500/-

Note- Training for the batch will be 24 x 7 so that means they should be comfortable with Night Shift as well. Once you go on the floor, you will be working in dayshift.

Provide accurate information and timely resolutions

Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all written communication

Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks and pending items

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
