    About this role

  1. International Customer Support Associate (US Voice Process)
  3. Job Responsibilities:
  5. * Handle inbound customer calls related to orders and product deliveries.
  6. * Assist customers with issues such as incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed products.
  7. * Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  8. * Provide accurate information regarding orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery updates.
  9. * Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics.
  11. Eligibility:
  13. * Freshers are welcome to apply.
  14. * Excellent communication skills (B2 level).
  15. * HSC/Graduate (as per process eligibility).
  17. Shift & Working Days:
  19. * 5 days working
  20. * 2 rotational weekly offs
  21. * US shift (Night Shift)
  23. Employment Type:
  25. * 1-year contract
  26. * Opportunity to work from home after 2 months, subject to performance and business requirements.
