Key Responsibilities

Surveying & Data Collection

• Execute field surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and structural locations using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and digital levels.
• Establish control points and benchmarks on-site to guide construction layouts.
• Process survey data and map field measurements into CAD or GIS software.
• Conduct as-built surveys to verify that completed work matches design specifications.

Civil Engineering & Site Supervision

• Translate design blueprints and survey data into actionable on-site layout markings.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings.
• Monitor structural quality and ensure materials meet project specifications and safety codes.
• Resolve structural anomalies or discrepancies between architectural designs and actual ground conditions.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate with project managers,architects, and subcontractors to streamline workflows.
• Maintain survey equipment through regular calibration and proper field storage.
• Prepare progress reports, earthwork volume calculations, and material estimates.
• Enforce safety protocols and environmental guidelines across the construction site
