Surveyor - Retail Leasing

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Surveyor to support our Retail Leasing team in Hyderabad.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in land sourcing, site acquisition, surveying, or business development.
• Preference for candidates from Banking, Real Estate Developers, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of Hyderabad's micro-markets and local geography.
• Ability to identify and evaluate potential sites for healthcare, education, and retail requirements.
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
• Must own a two-wheeler and willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

• conduct site surveys and identify suitable properties/land parcels for hospitals, schools, educational institutions, and retail requirements.
• Source and evaluate potential opportunities across Hyderabad and surrounding markets.
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, developers, and local stakeholders.
• Perform market mapping and location analysis.
• Collect and maintain accurate property and market data.
• Prepare survey reports, presentations, and MIS reports.
• Travel across Hyderabad and occasionally Tier II/III cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana based on business requirements.
• Support leasing and business development teams with site-related insights and recommendations.
