Job Summary


Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and an experienced technical team to deliver Aon s data, analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Explore data, ask insightful questions and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Prepare, clean and transform data, with a focus on accuracy, reproducibility and clear documentation.
• Develop analytical solutions and data workflows using SQL.
• Understand data mappings, business rules and transformations across end-to-end data flows.
• Implement automation where appropriate to improve consistency, scalability and reduce manual effort.
• Gain knowledge about GenAI technologies and apply them responsibly where it can improve analytical workflows or product experiences.
• Communicate method, assumptions, limitations and results clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Required education and certifications critical for the role: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (full time)
• Required years of experience - 5-7 years of work experience in relevant field

Skills / Competencies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong working experience SQL for analytical use cases.
• Strong skills in Tableau and/or Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards.
• Experience working with data cleaning and exploratory analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn in an environment where requirements may evolve, seek guidance when needed and make steady progress through ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary product teams.
• Nice to Have Python experience.
• Experience with survey platforms like Alchemer or Qualtrics.
