Surgical sales apprentice

The Apprentice – General Surgical Sales role focuses on driving account-level sales (70%) and supporting regional execution priorities (30%), while building strong sales and business fundamentals. Major Responsibilities

1. Sales Ownership (70%)

• Manage ~20–25 Check-In accounts
• Drive sales, relationships, conversions
• Execute calls, demos, OT support
• CRM discipline and compliance

2. Regional Priorities (30%)

• Support RBM priorities
• Data analytics and insights           1) Inventory Management & check on regular checks of stocks across branches           2)  Lead Generation  with in his 25-30 Acc , RCS execution & Adv the phaco execution

      3) Minutes of the Meeting of the QBR- Follow up & closure around it

3. Sales Process & Compliance

• CRM/Salesforce reporting
• SOP adherence
• RCPA and analytics

4. Learning & Development

• Product and clinical knowledge
• Sales capability building
