Surgical sales apprentice

The Apprentice – General Surgical Sales role focuses on driving account-level sales (70%) and supporting regional execution priorities (30%), while building strong sales and business fundamentals.

Major Responsibilities

• Sales Ownership (70%)
• Manage 20–25 Check-In accounts
• Drive sales, relationships, conversions
• Execute calls, demos, OT support
• CRM discipline and compliance
• Regional Priorities (30%)
• Support RBM priorities
• Data analytics and insights
• Inventory Management & check on regular checks of stocks across branches
• Lead Generation with in his 25-30 Acc , RCS execution & Adv the phaco execution
• Minutes of the Meeting of the QBR- Follow up & closure around it
• Sales Process & Compliance
• CRM/Salesforce reporting
• SOP adherence
• RCPA and analytics
• Learning & Development
• Product and clinical knowledge
