    • Ensure adherence to NCCN/ESMO guidelines, oncologic margins protocols, and evidence-based staging/treatment pathways.
    • Collaborate with anesthesiology, ICU, and palliative care teams for perioperative optimization and post-op recovery planning.
    • Contribute to clinical audits, surgical outcome tracking, and institutional benchmarking to improve survival and quality-of-life metrics.
    • Mentor residents and fellows in surgical techniques, oncologic principles, and intraoperative decision-making under high-stakes conditions.

    • Proficiency in tumor board documentation and TNM staging systems
    • Ability to interpret radiological imaging (CT, MRI, PET-CT) for surgical planning
    • Experience with neoadjuvant/adjuvant therapy sequencing
    • Preferred
    • Fellowship training in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) or Head & Neck Oncology
    • Publications or research experience in surgical oncology outcomes
    • Working knowledge of cancer registry software or EHRs like eHospital, MOSAIQ

    Benefits & Culture Highlights

    • Access to advanced surgical robotics, intraoperative imaging, and real-time pathology support.
