SUPV II QUALITY CONTROL Professional

TE Connectivity's Quality team is responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, manufacturing, or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

Bachelors degree in mechanical / electrical / Electronics. Six-Sigma or ASQ certification is must. A minimum of 12 yearsexperience in working in Manufacturing, preferable more than 3-5 yearsexperience working in leadership role managing Quality. 4-5 years in electronic industry involving aerospace products assembly andmanufacturing. 7 + years of experience in Quality management/Assurance Role. Knowledge of Electronics manufacturing is preferable, combined with explicit knowledge on Quality tools, Systems and Processes, FMEA, Control plans, PPAP.
