About this role
The group you'll be a part of
Lam Research is a leading global manufacturer of capital equipment used in making leading-edge-semiconductors across the world. We primarily compete in four specific areas – deposition, etch, photoresist strip, and single wafer clean.
Many years back, Lam Research embarked on a journey to set up engineering center in Bangalore to expand its reach to Indian talent pool. Over the decade, this center expanded its capability and scope beyond engineering to global manufacturing, supply chain operations and other shared services. One of the major functional groups of this entity is LIGHT (Lam India Global Hardware Technology). LIGHT has completed more than a decade of growth and has emerged as a major new product development and sustaining engineering team for Lam's global engineering footprint.
Engineering Information Systems is a centralized team and part of LIGHT. The charter of the group is to enable design teams across various Product Groups with CAD & PDM Systems. This is a position at LIGHT EIS team in Bangalore, joining a team of experienced engineers enabling engineering to deliver products through effective utilization of systems.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Capability Development
Mandatory Skills
We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. By bringing unique individuals and viewpoints together, we achieve extraordinary results.

On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
