Support Staff keep the lab and plant running: housekeeping, material handling, and facility upkeep across our research and manufacturing sites. In a working laboratory this is safety-critical work, not background work.
What youll do
- Handle daily housekeeping and material movement across the RD lab and manufacturing plant
- Support equipment upkeep and keep the facility ready for the next campaign
- Follow site safety and operating procedures exactly, including waste segregation and chemical handling rules
- Raise anything that looks wrong, since the person closest to the bench usually notices first
