Working with- Customer Experience Team

What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities-

• Excellent communication skills Written and Verbal
• Strong background in Managing Social Media Platforms
• Owning up customer issues and concerns received on different Social Media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc) and ensuring 100% close looping
• Candidates are expected to be quick and responsive to customer needs because of the fast-paced setup of the job.
• Log/Close relevant complaints and interact with different stakeholders for quick resolution.
• Along with resolution of customer concerns, identification of the reason for escalation and help fix process gaps.
• Interdepartmental coordination for resolving/implementing

process corrections

• Must be efficient in making PowerPoint Presentations,

Managing Huge Data in Excel

• Rotational Shifts (as per the job requirement-No Night Shifts)

What we are looking for in you

• Complete Knowledge of all Social Media applications
• Excellent Skills in MS Office- PPT and Excel
• Good Command over the English language, both written and spoken English
• 3-4 years of experience in handling Customer Complaints/Escalations
