Support Internship

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Support Intern to assist the Support Team in managing parent queries, resolving basic technical issues, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth experience for parents and students using our online school platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parent queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Assist parents with basic technical issues related to the online learning platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure within defined timelines.
• Support the team in improving parent satisfaction and overall customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and report them to the concerned team.
• Assist with daily support operations and prepare regular activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline; candidates from IT or Computer Science backgrounds are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, internet applications, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
