Support Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end application support, ensuring optimal front-end and back-end functionality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve live issues reported by end users in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the software development team, internal stakeholders, and Business teams to address system gaps and implement improvements.
• Document support processes, issue resolutions, and maintain performance metrics reports.
• Ensure minimal downtime and maintain high system availability.
• Should work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned.

Must have skills:

• SQL knowledge, problem-solving ability

The role required to work on Weekends, 6 days working with shifts based on the team requirement.
