Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Support Executive to manage our social media platforms, support content publishing, and maintain audience engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content as per the content calendar.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the content, video editing, and marketing teams.
• Track social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Maintain content calendars and prepare basic performance reports.
• Ensure timely publishing and consistent brand communication.

Requirements

• Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Good coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
• Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
