About this role
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :-
Act as the functional SME for Telecom BSS Applications
Collaborate with business, development, testing and Operations teams
Provide domain expertise during solution design and implementation
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA) , and drive issue resolution
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, fixes, and SOPs
Ensure Adherence to SLAs. ITIL process, and telecom industry best practices
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Provide guidance and mentoring to functional and support teams on BSS processes and applications
