Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Executive to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in client support and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Handle client queries and issues via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Perform client onboarding data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage client renewals and follow up with customers as required.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet, data entry, etc.).
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
