Support Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Delhi, Tata Nagar.
Experience: Min 3 Years | Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Diploma.
Job Summary
Support engineer is responsible for delivery of high quality and responsible technical support for Industrial Automation products available within our Product portfolio.
Troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems using customer input.
Clearly explain technical concepts to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Product promotion and marketing as required. Meeting with clients to discuss their Industrial automation needs.
