Job Summary

We are looking for an Asset & Inventory Management Analyst with experience in Semiconductor/Electronics environments. The role involves managing assets and inventory, supporting lab operations, maintaining asset lifecycle records, audits, compliance, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage asset inventory, asset tracking, and asset lifecycle activities.
• Support lab operations, engineering assets, audits, compliance, and reconciliation.
• Maintain asset records using ServiceNow, ERP, or Asset Management Systems.
• Use SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis using Advanced MS Excel.
• Identify process gaps and drive process improvement and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineering, lab, procurement, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Asset Management / Inventory Management / Lab Operations.
• Semiconductor/Electronics industry experience preferred.
• Electronics/Electrical educational background preferred.
• ServiceNow / ERP / Asset Management Systems
