Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage identity access management processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and authentication.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to Active Directory, leave management, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Develop and maintain documentation for Identity & Access Management procedures and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to identity access management systems.

Job Requirements :

• 7-13 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Leave Management, and RBAC concepts.
• Experience with Identity Access Management tools such as [insert specific tool names].
