Support Engineer

Looking to onboard a skilled Support Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis, product installation and configuration, AMC management, and customer support documentation.

Roles and Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues.


• Install and configure products for optimal performance.


• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure timely renewals.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive customer support documentation.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.


• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or in-person.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/BE/BTech degree in a relevant field.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis.


• Experience with product installation and configuration.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
