Support Engineer- Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, alignment, testing and commissioning of pumps and associated mechanical equipment in STPs/WTPs.
• Monitor mechanical installation works against approved technical requirements.
• Assist in inspection of pumps and associated treatment-plant equipment.
• Support testing, trial runs and commissioning activities.
• Monitor workmanship and installation quality and report defects/non-conformities.
• Coordinate mechanical activities with civil, electrical, instrumentation and O&M teams.
• Maintain inspection, testing and site-progress records.
• Assist technical experts in reviewing equipment-related documentation and site submissions.
• Support monitoring of preventive-maintenance requirements during commissioning/operation stages.
• Provide inputs to site inspection, progress and technical reports.

• At least 3 years of experience in supervising, installation and testing of pumps and associated equipment in STPs/WTPs.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
