About this role
We are looking for a technically strong engineer with experience in L3 application support, Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps tools. The role involves deployment and support of enterprise products, advanced troubleshooting, release/upgrade activities, and working with containerized / microservices-based applications. The candidate will work closely with product development teams, QA, L2 operations and client teams.
- Deploy, configure, upgrade, migrate, and support enterprise applications across customer environments.
- Perform L3 troubleshooting and RCA across application and infrastructure layers.
- Flexible to provide L3 production support on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.
- Support Kubernetes/container deployments, releases, environment setup, and product stabilization.
- Perform release validation and support performance, security, and production-readiness activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, L2 operations, and client teams for issue resolution and releases.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to product improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.
