Role Overview

We are looking for Application Support Engineers and Senior Application Support Engineers to provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in application monitoring, ticket management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change records.
• Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and Business teams.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and runbooks.
• Support application availability, stability, and business continuity.
• Drive service improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Participate in major incident management and on-call support activities.
