Required Skills

• 24 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• BFSI domain experience is mandatory, preferably exposure to banking, capital markets, securities, financial applications, or related environments.
• Strong experience in L2 application support and incident management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Experience in log analysis, API troubleshooting, application monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow/Ivanti, Jira, Control-M, Postman, Tomcat, or monitoring tools will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
• Good understanding of client-server architecture, change management, and deployment support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
