Job Description
The Senior Officer in the Human Resource department will play a pivotal role in supporting the Contract Labour Management (CLM. and HR initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HRIS, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance. The role involves overseeing and managing contract labor processes to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to legal requirements. The Senior Officer will also support various strategic and digital initiatives, including Management Information Systems (MIS. reporting, data analysis, and presentation creation. This role demands a professional with a global mindset and excellent people management skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong business and commercial acumen, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive departmental goals. Additionally, the role requires the ability to manage conflicts, make informed decisions, and liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibility
