Support Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide production support for Autosys scheduling tool, ensuring timely execution of jobs and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage incident management processes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues related to workflow builder, job scheduling, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance using Splunk tools to identify trends and optimize system resources.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Support Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Autosys scheduling tool, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Incident Management processes (e.g., ITIL) with ability to manage complex incidents from identification to resolution.
• Experience working with Workflow Builder software for designing custom workflows.
