Supply Side Sales (Industrial) Professional

Job Summary

Key Purpose of the Role:

• Develop a network of biomass processors and suppliers, including briquette/pellet manufacturers, industries with biomass by-products, and other related entities.
• Sell subscriptions to the platform, ensure active participation of customers, increase engagement to capture a greater share of their business, sell value-added services, and generate revenue.

Key Tasks

• Supply Network Development
  • Identify suitable Supply Entities to be targeted and work on leads developed by marketing initiatives (Briquette makers, pellet makers & Industrial Biomass Suppliers) in operating areas defined as area of responsibility.
• Customer Need Analysis & Platform Demonstration
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams for establishing the need analysis of customers, establish the value of the platform, create suitable demos, and establish Proof of Concept.
• Platform Subscription & Usage
  • Sell subscriptions to the platform and support platform usage.
• Customer Participation & Growth
  • Ensure active participation, grow their business, and ensure continued participation, including advisory on subscription plans and services.
• Subscriber Success Planning
  • Create a plan for the success of subscribers on the platform.
• Customer Query Management
  • Handle customer queries and resolve them by following the processes defined in the organization.
• Proposal & Quote Management
  • Draft proposals and quotes for biomass processors and suppliers, follow up on the same, and enable sales conversion.
