Supply planning Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand plans, including forecasts, historical data, and seasonality adjustments.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in supply chain operations.
  
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to inform inventory management decisions.
  
• Design and implement effective production schedules that meet customer demands while minimizing overtime costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in supply planning or a related field (e.g., logistics, procurement).
  
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting and inventory management.
  
• Proficiency in using software tools such as SAP APO or similar systems.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
