Supply Planner

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner with 38 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management and end-to-end Supply Chain operations.

• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, inventory targets and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts, excess inventory and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Demand Planning and suppliers for material availability.
• Handle MRP, capacity planning, expediting, shortages and critical material constraints.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as Days of Supply (DOS), Fill Rate, Supplier OTD and inventory performance.
• Work with suppliers to improve lead time, delivery reliability and overall performance.
• Perform RCA for supply/inventory issues and drive corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Drive inventory optimization, planning accuracy, service-level improvement and working-capital initiatives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply disruptions, capacity constraints and other supply risks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, MRP, SAP/ERP, Capacity Planning, Expediting and Shortage Management.
• Strong experience in Supplier Management and Manufacturing & Procurement coordination.
• Good knowledge of inventory optimization and supply chain KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and Power BI is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
