Supply Planner

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner to manage supply planning, inventory optimization, supplier coordination, and material availability.

• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with forecasted demand, inventory, and service-level targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and take proactive actions to prevent stockouts, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and purchase order delivery.
• Manage MRP, capacity planning, expediting, and supply constraints.
• Monitor key KPIs including Service Level/Fill Rate, Days of Supply (DOS), and Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Identify root causes of supply issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Demand Planning teams.
• Support supplier performance improvement, lead-time reduction, and supply-risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of MRP, ERP/SAP, Material Planning, Capacity Planning, and Expediting.
• Experience working with manufacturing operations and suppliers.
• Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse and Power BI is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage shortages, demand fluctuations, inventory risks, and supply disruptions.
