Supply Planner

Role & Responsibilities

• Translate demand plans into purchase, supply and inventory plans.
• Execute SAP/MRP and ensure timely material availability.
• Manage a high volume of SKUs/part numbers in a complex supply-chain environment.
• Create and follow up purchase orders, supplier schedules and past-due orders.
• Proactively manage material shortages, supplier delays, expediting and escalations.
• Develop recovery plans and drive critical supply issues through closure.
• Monitor inventory, safety stock, excess and slow/non-moving materials.
• Maintain accurate material master data and planning parameters.
• Track supplier performance, OTD, backorders and customer fill rate.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Plants, Warehouses, Logistics, Product Management and suppliers.
• Support S&OP/CSOP, NPI and demand-supply planning.
• Perform RCA for supply issues and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of relevant Supply/Material Planning experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP/MRP, inventory planning and material master data.
• Experience managing a large number of SKUs/part numbers and multiple suppliers.
• Strong experience handling shortages, supplier delays, expediting and escalation.
• Experience in complex/high-volume Manufacturing or Aftermarket supply chain preferred.
• Strong Advanced Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
