Supply Planner

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Translate demand plans into supply and inventory plans.
• Create and manage purchase plans, purchase orders, and supplier schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support production and customer demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers for order fulfillment, delivery adherence, and issue resolution.
• Track vendor performance, overdue orders, and inventory quality reports.
• Manage material master data, BOMs, and supply planning parameters in SAP.
• Support NPI activities, inventory optimization, stock redistribution, and warehouse planning.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve fill rate and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong experience with SAP MM/MRP and Material Master Data management.
• Good understanding of BOM management, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and reporting.
• Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
