Supply Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Allocate and reassign contributors based on project requirements and demand.
• Coordinate contributor access, training, and instructions during resource movements.
• Maintain workforce deployment, performance, availability, and capacity records.
• Monitor project capacity, onboarding, offboarding, and operational progress.
• Identify resource shortages, capacity risks, and data discrepancies.
• Track resource requests and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate shift handovers and communicate pending tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce planning processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Coordination, Workforce Management, or Resource Planning.
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets and spreadsheet management skills.
• Good data management, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to make accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
• Previous experience in AI training or data annotation is an advantage.
