Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring cost savings and improved quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging expertise in procurement and vendor development.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to drive mutual benefit.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product selection, pricing, and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 20-26 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry or related field.
• Strong background in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and vendor development.
• Proven track record of implementing successful cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiation skills.
