Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform production planning decisions.
• Optimize inventory levels by forecasting demand, managing stockouts, and minimizing overstocking.

Job Requirements :

• 6-19 years of experience in demand planning or a related field (e.g. supply chain management).
• Strong understanding of demand planning principles, including forecasting techniques and analytics tools.
• Experience working in the automobile industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
