Supply Chain Transformation

EY's product-led Supply Chain Transformation practice, focused on building next-generation supply chain planning solutions powered by consulting expertise and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Supply Chain Planning transformation and consulting engagements
• Drive S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Integrated Planning initiatives
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, and stakeholder expectations
• Support business development, solution design, and account growth
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management initiatives

Required Skills:

• Experience in Supply Chain Consulting / Transformation / Planning
• Strong expertise in at least two areas: S&OP, Integrated Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Dispatch Planning
• Domain experience in FMCG, Automotive, or Chemicals industry
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, Anaplan, or Blue Yonder
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
• Consulting experience with a reputed firm

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech. + MBA (Preferred: IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, ISB, FMS, NITIE or equivalent premier institutes)
