About this role
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to strengthen project delivery capabilities by assessing project controls, identifying delivery risks, coaching Project Leaders, and driving continuous improvement.
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct project controls and delivery health assessments
- Identify project risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Coach and guide Project Leaders on effective delivery practices
- Develop and maintain project management tools, templates & standards
- Conduct training sessions and support knowledge sharing
- Identify recurring delivery challenges and recommend improvements
- Benchmark practices against industry standards and drive transformation
- Partner with PMO leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of strong Project/Program Management experience
- Excellent coaching, stakeholder management & communication skills
- Strong understanding of project controls, PMO practices and governance
- Experience in continuous improvement and project delivery transformation
