    What would you do
  2. Serve as escalation point for On-Call tasks from Asset Management Service (-AMS-) On-Call in accordance with agreed upon service metrics.
  3. Validate Part Number creations on BOM-s (Bill of Materials)

    What are we looking for
  5. Execute attribute and status updates of Asset and location records across multiple systems
  6. Perform virtual PO receipts (i.e., execute inventory receipt transactions in the inventory management system on behalf of remote locations per client-s guidance and direction)
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional department teams to identify and resolve escalations
  8. Serve as a team liaison between the client and third-party vendors
  9. Implement ASN (Advance Shipment Notices) procedure with client-s vendors to support and standardize the receiving process.
  10. Receive exception tasks triage and resolve
  11. Provide month-end close along with Internal Audit Support
  12. Provide support for spikes in on call task or project tasks

  13. 3 years- experience in Logistics Operations process understanding, familiarity with Asset Management Life Cycle, Supply Chain, and Inventory management models
  14. Data Center experience (Preferred)
  15. 2+ years of experience in asset management
  16. Preferred background in, ITIL, Sox Compliance and Risk assurance controls
  17. Experience in data analytics, manipulation, and visualization of Data using SQL and Tableau
  18. Solid understanding of Physical Audit procedures
  19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
  20. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  21. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  22. Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  23. Familiar in creating and maintaining the SOP

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  25. Create data pulls for manual complex metrics
  26. Organize recurring audits and reconciliation
  27. Oversee Asset Tag inventory and distribution
  28. Document and maintain asset inventory
  29. Support Return Materials Authorizations (-RMAs-), decommissions and disposals transactions in the inventory management system
  30. Support location creations and updates
  31. Support on-call rotation and triage for Asset Management and Locations
