What would you do
Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled.
Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for
Order Conversion Team is converting Purchase Requestions into Intercompany Orders (STO/ISTO) against Mfg. and Distribution Centre.
Order Fulfilment Team is supporting to distribute Materials from Company s Mfg. Plant s to Region by creating Delivery Notes and Shipments.
Distribution Centers Team supports to distribute Materials from Company s Distribution Center to Region. Team supports by creating Delivery Notes, Creation and Packing of Shipments, Processing Urgent Orders, also coordinating with warehouse and logistics team for smooth movement of materials.
For all the profiles we are looking for candidates with below criteria s :-
2 5 years of experience in warehouse quality, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of quality tools such as CAPA, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and PDCA.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel/Power BI is preferred.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
