Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage domestic supply chain operations from product development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with OEM manufacturers for new product development and repeat orders.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
• Follow up on material planning, procurement, and inventory availability.
• Collaborate with vendors, warehouses, quality teams, finance, and business stakeholders for seamless operations.
• Track order status, invoicing, dispatches, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and supply chain processes.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for process improvement.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and supply chain updates for management.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Operations, or Vendor Management.
• Experience working with domestic OEMs/manufacturing partners.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
