Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Toodex Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material availability and supply chain operations for our engineering and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, pricing, lead times and material availability.
• Manage purchase orders, procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Track material requirements, delivery schedules and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Project Management teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve procurement or delivery delays.
• Maintain vendor databases and procurement trackers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support supplier evaluation.
• Ensure materials are procured according to project specifications, quality requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• 04 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing or vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
