Supply Chain Manager

Strategic leadership + operational excellence + measurable business impact: 

• Supply chain Strategy & Planning 

1. Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with the business objectives 

1. Leaddemand planning, supplyplanning, inventory planning, and capacity planning 

1. Optimize the supplychain network toimprove service levelsand reduce overallcosts. 

1. Drive S&OP/IBP processes andensure alignment betweenSales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance. 
   
   

• Procurement & Supplier Management 

1. Lead Strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations and contract management 

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships thru quality, cost delivery and service level KPI’s 

1. Identify alternate suppliers and develop risk mitigation plan for critical material 

• Inventory and cost Optimization 

1. Establish inventory policy and optimize RM, WIP, FG and safety stock levels 

1. Reduce excess, obsolete, slow moving inventory 

1. Drive working capital improvement thru inventory reduction for better cash flow management 

1. Identify and implement cost reduction and value engineering initiative 

• Logistics and Distribution 

1. Manage inbound and outbound , warehousing and transportation operations 

1. Improve OTIF, OTD 

1. Ensure efficient coordination between plants, warehouse supplier and customers 

• Team and Leadership 

1. Lead and develop cross functional supply chain team 

1. Set Department KPI’s , review performance and establish continue improvement goals 

1. Mentor managers and team members to build high performance supply chain organization
