Supply Chain Manager

Scope: Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management & Master Data Management (MDM)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large retail client. The role oversees multiple supply chain towersDemand Forecasting, Inventory Management, and MDM—with full accountability for client partnership, delivery governance, financials, and transformation outcomes.

This is a senior, clientfacing leadership role requiring strong supplychain domain depth, multitower delivery experience, and a proven ability to drive measurable business impact through analytics, automation, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own endtoend engagement leadership across Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, and MDM workstreams
• Act as the executive client interface, managing senior stakeholders, escalations, and strategic priorities
• Ensure consistent achievement of SLAs, KPIs, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and data quality metrics
• Lead governance cadence (weekly/monthly reviews, risk & issue management, action tracking)
• Drive crosstower integration between forecasting, inventory, and master data for endtoend supplychain outcomes
• Sponsor and govern transformation initiatives including automation, analytics enablement, and process standardization
• Own financial management of the engagement including scope, resourcing, and value realization
• Lead and develop senior delivery leaders (D1s, tower leads), building a highperformance, accountable culture

Required Experience & Skills

• 14–18 years of experience with strong background in Supply Chain / Retail / Planning / Analytics engagements
• Proven experience managing large, complex client engagements with multitower responsibility
• Deep understanding of Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, and MDM concepts
• Experience driving forecast accuracy improvement, inventory optimization, and data governance
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decisionmaking skills
• Exposure to planning platforms, analytics, or automation tools (e.g., forecasting systems, SQL, BI, Power Platform) preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA / PostGraduate qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics preferred
