Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with franchise owners and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage billing activities and maintain accurate billing records.
• Handle payment follow-ups and coordinate with franchise owners for timely collections.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and operational records.
• Work on MS Excel and MS Word for data management, reporting, and documentation.
• Monitor supply chain activities and ensure proper coordination between departments.
• Assist in billing software operations and resolve basic billing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and business operations.
• Communicate with franchise owners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic spoken English and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to prepare daily MIS reports and maintain records.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills to communicate with franchise owners.
• Candidates with experience in supply chain, operations, billing, or accounts will be preferred.
