Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement operations, including purchase requisitions, vendor development, and inventory management.
  
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements in SCM (Supply Chain Management).
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
  
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and internal data to inform purchasing decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-9 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of buying principles, inventory management practices, and procurement processes.
  
• Proven track record of developing effective relationships with vendors through negotiation techniques such as price analysis and contracting.
