Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain planning, procurement, production, inventory and distribution.
• Develop demand forecasts and monthly/quarterly supply plans.
• Coordinate production planning based on sales demand and business requirements.
• Manage vendors, procurement, negotiations and supplier performance.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor ageing/near-expiry stock.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, transportation and distribution.
• Ensure timely and accurate product availability and delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, QA, Finance, R&D and Regulatory teams.
• Strengthen ERP/SAP-based supply chain processes and MIS.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, batch traceability and supply-chain risk management.
• Min : 8-12 years, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Basic / UG Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Agriculture / Biotechnology / Supply Chain / Operations or related field.

PG Qualification *

MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations or Materials Management
