Supply Chain Manager

1. Detailed Job Description:-

• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and vendor relationship management.
• Material requirements across multiple sites.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through effective purchase planning and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain records and control of company assets, stores, and consumables.
• Coordinate with operations teams, site personnel, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Handle petty cash management, expense tracking, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, inventory controls, and administrative procedures.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to purchases, inventory, assets, and vendor performance.

3. Any mandatory skills:- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, Willingness to travel across Gujarat as per business requirements.

4. Specific industry preference:-Experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Engineering Services, or related industries preferred.

5. Any gender preference:- First preference is a male candidate. However, if a female candidate is available for immediate joining (within 15 days), she will also be considered.

6. Experience:-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Administration.
