Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities

• 12-18 years of experience in Order Management, Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Operations,Distribution or Supply Chain.
• Experience managing FG warehouse and 3PL operations is mandatory.
• Strong experience in managing large/pan-India distribution networks.
• Experience in consumer electronics, electronics, IT hardware, electricals, automotive, FMCG, retail or
• other high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Strong exposure to order-to-dispatch, FG inventory, transportation and warehouse operations.
• Experience in managing 3PL vendors and logistics service providers.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in freight negotiation and logistics cost optimization.
• Good understanding of ERP/WMS/TMS and supply chain analytics.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Educational Qualification

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce or Business
• Administration.
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have hands-on ownership of Order Management, FG Warehouse, Outbound

Logistics and 3PL operations, with proven experience managing a large pan-India distribution network.
