Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; exposure to the petrochemical domain is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
• Expertise in Quote and Order Management processes.
• Solid understanding of SLA metrics and performance standards.
• Ability to manage client escalations and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Inventory Management, customer inquiries, and dispute resolution is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
